Despite restrictions lifting our staff and our customer's safety are paramount, so we have implemented a number of procedures to become Covid secure at both of our restaurant sites.

However, below is a summary of the key procedures that will impact you during your visit to The Orchard at Letchworth Sports & Tennis Club:
All tables remain socially distanced.
We are operating a sanitised-table-card system on tables to clearly show customers and staff what tables are safe for seating at and have been deep cleaned from the previous customer.
Inside we are offering tables with a maximum of 6 people. Please call us in advance if you'd like bigger tables, as we will rearrange seating whilst still maintaining social distancing between tables.
Masks are no longer mandatory for customers or staff. Some of our staff are choosing to wear them. If you would prefer your server to wear one when serving your table, they would be happy to do so, please ask.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue.
Track & Trace is no longer compulsory, but you can still either manually provide your details when ordering at the bar or scan in via the governement's app using the QR code provided.
We have installed a perspex screen on the counter top to protect customers and staff when ordering.
We are requesting contactless card payment where possible.
Tables will be sanitised between customers, so please have paitence whilst our staff undertake this.
Our staff are undertaking regular lateral flow testing and are not permitted to work if they are displaying any symptoms.
